Applications for the 10k road race can be made on line or by filling in an application form and posting it to us with the entry fee and a stamped addressed envelope for us to send you your running number, Champion Chip and Instructions.  Because of the size of the contents you need to send us a C5 (9 x 6 in) envelope stamped for the new large letter rate of 52p
